A detached house of 60-ies of the 20th century is located in the center of Ružomberok in the neighborhood of the park of the Liptov museum. It is the nice location that creates a large part of its value. Although it is located in the city center, it offers a quiet living with plenty of greenery in the vicinity. The value of the house is also in its quality building construction. Even 50 years later there are not serious construction defects visible. Despite an airy and modern interior with atypical built-in furniture, operating costs were not high. We do not count on large interventions in our proposal. We adapt slightly the disposition to the needs of the client. We add unused balconies to the interior. This will create a winter garden next to the home office on the residential floor and a pleasant sunny interspace (with a continuous window in children’s bedrooms and with fixed glazing from the floor in the bedroom) will be added to the rooms in the night part on the third floor. An open staircase to all floors will shape the interior and help to interconnect the individual floors more. We will create an access to the garden from the kitchen through a new terrace construction.
